We would like to extend our gratitude to all of the staff at Zara in Menlo Park for their time and their cooperation with the project. We would like to thank the Store Director, Peter Malkmus, for giving us a tour of the store and for an introduction to the day-to-day operations of the store and the roles of the managers and the employees. We would like to thank the Operations Manager, Adnan Siddiqui, for taking the time out of his schedule to let us interview him. He was able to answer all the questions we prepared which helped us to better understand the operations processes of one of the fastest growing fashion retail stores today.
